Shipping policy

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order. 

Delivery can sometimes take up to 1-7 working days from order. 

Whilst we make every effort to meet the above timescale, during busy periods, deliveries might be a little longer. 

We apologize if this is the case but we will do our best to get your parcel sent out as quickly as possible. 

ORDERS PLACED DURING WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCEED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 11:00 WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. In rare cases, where stocks may have been underestimated by mistake or similar events, an additional 3 -4 days shipping delay will be applied. 

With purchases over 50€ the shipping costs are free of charge.
